Why patients choose our implants

Minimally invasive placement

Advanced surgical techniques mean less swelling, minimal post-operative discomfort, and a faster return to normal life.

The right implant, explained

Two-piece, plateau or screw design — we educate you on the difference and recommend what suits your bone and bite, not what's in stock.

Aftercare in writing

Our written long-term aftercare commitment protects your investment for as long as you care for it, with the terms explained before treatment begins.

Implants, explained

What a dental implant actually is

An implant is the closest modern dentistry gets to regrowing a tooth: a replacement root, a connector, and a crown — each chosen to suit your bone, your bite and your budget.

The replacement root

A small titanium post is placed in the jaw where your tooth's root used to be. Titanium is biocompatible: over a few weeks your bone grows onto it (osseointegration), anchoring it as firmly as a natural root. This is why an implant can bite into an apple when a denture can't.

Why the design matters

Not all implants are equal. Two-piece systems, plateau designs, screw types — each behaves differently in different bone. We walk you through the options and recommend what suits your anatomy, not what's on the shelf. It's your jaw; you deserve to understand what's going into it.

Why replace a missing tooth at all

The gap you can live with is doing quiet damage: neighbouring teeth drift and tip, the opposing tooth over-erupts, chewing overloads other teeth, and the jawbone beneath the gap shrinks year on year. The earlier a tooth is replaced, the simpler and less costly the treatment tends to be.

Same-day and immediate options

In suitable cases we can remove a failing tooth and place the implant in the same visit — one surgery, one healing period. Where a tooth has already been missing a while, a standard two-stage approach gives the most predictable result. Your 3D scan tells us which path fits you.

Are implants right for you?

Most healthy adults with missing teeth are candidates — and many who've been told 'no' elsewhere still have options.

You're likely a strong candidate if…

  • You're missing one or more teeth, or have a tooth beyond saving
  • You're tired of a loose denture or a failing bridge
  • Your gums are generally healthy
  • You can commit to normal brushing and hygiene visits
  • You're an adult of any age — implants have no upper age limit

We can often still help if…

  • You've been told you have bone loss — grafting or angled placement solves most cases
  • You smoke — we'll be honest about the risks and plan around them
  • You have controlled diabetes or other managed conditions
  • You're anxious — a gentle pace and full explanation change everything

Your implant journey

Your assessment

Virtual or in-clinic consultation with 3D imaging to map your bone and plan precisely.

Placement

The implant is placed in a comfortable, minimally invasive procedure — same-day options available for suitable cases.

Healing

The implant integrates with your bone over a few weeks while you continue life as normal.

Your new tooth

A custom crown is fitted, matched to your natural teeth. Eat, smile and speak with confidence again.

Implant vs bridge vs denture

Three ways to replace a tooth, compared honestly. Sometimes a bridge genuinely is the right call — we'll tell you when.

What determines your implant price

Implant quotes vary wildly between clinics because they're often quoting different things. Here's the honest breakdown.

The implant system

Premium internationally certified systems cost more than economy brands — and are what our long-term aftercare commitment is built on. We'll show you exactly which system we recommend and why.

Your bone situation

If bone has shrunk since the tooth was lost, grafting adds a step and a cost. Your 3D scan tells us definitively — no guesswork, no surprise add-ons later.

The crown on top

The visible tooth can be made in different materials at different price points. For front teeth we'll talk aesthetics; for molars, strength.

Your written quote always covers

  • Clinical assessment and 3D scan review
  • The implant, abutment and crown — itemised
  • The placement procedure and follow-up reviews
  • Our written long-term aftercare commitment on the implant
  • TFA membership pricing, where applicable

Healing and aftercare

First 24 hours

Take it easy

Mild swelling or tenderness is normal and settles with simple pain relief. Cold compress, soft food, no smoking — we give you a written aftercare sheet and a WhatsApp line for any worry.

Week 1

Back to normal life

Most patients are back at work the next day. Gentle brushing around the site keeps it clean; we check the area at your review.

Weeks 2–12

Silent integration

The bone quietly fuses to the implant. You won't feel it happening — you'll just come in so we can confirm it's solid before fitting your final crown.

Long term

Treat it like a tooth

Brush, floss, and keep your hygiene visits. An implant can't decay, but gums still need care — that's the condition in our aftercare commitment.

Behind the scenes

Our clinical standards

The things you can't see from a price list — and the reason our work carries a written aftercare commitment.

Licensed clinicians

Every dentist and specialist is licensed by the UAE health authorities for the emirate they treat in.

Hospital-grade sterilisation

Instruments are autoclaved and sealed per patient, with single-use items wherever contact matters.

Certified materials only

Implant systems, porcelain and restorative materials come from internationally certified manufacturers — with documentation you can keep.

Digital diagnostics

3D imaging, intraoral scanning and microscope-assisted treatment mean we see precisely — and treat conservatively.

Everything in writing

Diagnosis, options and an itemised fixed quote before treatment starts. If it's not written down, you don't pay for it.

Ethical by design

Our clinicians are salaried to diagnose honestly, not to sell treatment. Second opinions are welcomed, never resented.

Questions, answered honestly

Does getting an implant hurt?
The procedure is done under local anaesthesia and most patients report less discomfort than a routine extraction. Our minimally invasive techniques are designed to reduce swelling and speed up recovery.
How long do implants last?
With good oral hygiene and regular check-ups, quality implants routinely last for decades — and ours come with a written long-term aftercare commitment.
Can I get an implant on the same day as an extraction?
Often, yes. Immediate placement after extraction is possible for suitable cases and saves you a second surgery. Your dentist will confirm after your scan.
What does an implant cost?
It depends on the implant system and whether bone grafting is needed. You will receive one written, itemised quote before any treatment starts — and TFA members receive special pricing.
Will insurance cover my implant?
Some plans cover part of the cost. We will verify your coverage and complete reimbursement forms for you — and our membership keeps implant treatment within reach if you're not covered.
How long does the procedure itself take?
Placing a single implant typically takes 30–60 minutes under local anaesthesia. Most patients say the anticipation was worse than the appointment.
What if I've been missing the tooth for years?
You may have some bone shrinkage, but that rarely rules implants out — grafting and modern implant designs solve most cases. The 3D scan gives a definitive answer at your assessment.
Am I too old for an implant?
No. Health matters, age doesn't — implants are placed successfully for patients in their 80s. If you're healthy enough for a routine extraction, you're usually healthy enough for an implant.
