Why adults choose aligners

Nearly invisible

Clear aligners are barely noticeable in meetings, photos and everyday life — most people will never know.

Fits your lifestyle

Remove them to eat, drink and brush. No food restrictions, no wires to break, fewer clinic visits.

Digitally predictable

Your entire treatment is planned in 3D. You see the projected result and timeline before you begin.

How it works

The science behind clear aligners

Invisalign isn't a gadget — it's orthodontics, planned tooth-by-tooth on a digital model of your mouth and delivered through a sequence of precision-made aligners.

Movement by sequence

Each aligner in your series is fractionally different from the last, nudging specific teeth about a quarter of a millimetre at a time. Worn 20–22 hours a day and changed every one to two weeks, the sequence adds up to a completely repositioned smile.

Planned before it starts

Your digital scan becomes a 3D treatment simulation: you see the projected end result, the number of aligners, and the timeline before committing. Orthodontics used to ask for faith; now it shows you the destination first.

Attachments and polishing the details

Small tooth-coloured bumps ('attachments') give aligners grip for complex movements, and occasionally we slim a contact point by a hair's width to create space. Both are invisible in conversation and part of the plan you approve upfront.

What aligners treat — honestly

Crowding, gaps, relapse after childhood braces, and many bite issues respond beautifully. Severe bite discrepancies sometimes still do better with fixed braces — and if that's you, we'll say so at the assessment rather than sell you the wrong tool.

Is Invisalign right for you?

The digital smile assessment answers this definitively — these patterns cover most cases.

You're likely a great candidate if…

  • Your teeth are crowded, overlapping or have gaps
  • Your teeth were straight once — and have relapsed since braces
  • You want straightening nobody at work will notice
  • You can commit to 20–22 hours of daily wear
  • Your teeth and gums are healthy (we'll help get you there first if not)

Let's talk it through if…

  • You have a significant bite issue — some cases genuinely do better with braces, and we'll say so
  • You're a teen — compliance indicators exist, and teen treatment works well
  • You grind your teeth — aligners can actually double as protection
  • You have crowns or implants — usually fine, planned around

Your Invisalign journey

Digital scan

A fast, comfortable 3D scan — no gooey impressions — plus a simulation of your projected result.

Your plan & price

Treatment duration and one transparent price, agreed before you start.

Wear your aligners

Change aligner sets at home every 1–2 weeks, with short check-ins to keep everything on track.

Keep your result

Retainers help hold your teeth in their new position for the long term.

Invisalign vs fixed braces

Both straighten teeth. The daily experience is where they part ways — including one honest advantage braces keep.

What determines your Invisalign price

One fixed price, agreed after your scan — here's what moves it.

Case complexity

A minor relapse needing a short series costs meaningfully less than full-arch crowding needing 40+ aligners. Your digital plan defines it precisely — no estimating.

Refinements

Teeth occasionally need a bonus round of aligners at the end to fine-tune the result. Ask any clinic if refinements are included; with us, the quote states it plainly.

Retention

Retainers are what make results last. Your quote covers them — a straightened smile without retainers is a subscription to relapse.

Your written quote always covers

  • Digital scan and your 3D treatment simulation
  • Every aligner in your planned series
  • All review appointments through treatment
  • Attachments and polishing where planned
  • Retainers at completion

Living with aligners

Daily rhythm

Out for meals, in for everything else

Aligners come out to eat and drink anything but water, teeth get a quick brush, aligners go back in. The 20–22 hour habit forms within a week.

Every 1–2 weeks

Next aligner

You switch sets at home on schedule. A day or two of gentle pressure means it's working; it fades as teeth settle.

Every 6–8 weeks

Quick check-in

Short clinic visits confirm movement is tracking to plan — many are minutes, not mornings.

After treatment

Retainers, long term

Nightly at first, then a few nights a week. Teeth have long memories; retainers are how you keep your result.

Behind the scenes

Our clinical standards

The things you can't see from a price list — and the reason our work carries a written aftercare commitment.

Licensed clinicians

Every dentist and specialist is licensed by the UAE health authorities for the emirate they treat in.

Hospital-grade sterilisation

Instruments are autoclaved and sealed per patient, with single-use items wherever contact matters.

Certified materials only

Implant systems, porcelain and restorative materials come from internationally certified manufacturers — with documentation you can keep.

Digital diagnostics

3D imaging, intraoral scanning and microscope-assisted treatment mean we see precisely — and treat conservatively.

Everything in writing

Diagnosis, options and an itemised fixed quote before treatment starts. If it's not written down, you don't pay for it.

Ethical by design

Our clinicians are salaried to diagnose honestly, not to sell treatment. Second opinions are welcomed, never resented.

Questions, answered honestly

How long does Invisalign take?
Mild crowding can finish in as little as 4–6 months; more complex cases typically take 12–18 months. Your digital plan gives you a precise estimate before you start.
Is it painful?
You may feel gentle pressure for a day or two after each new aligner set — a sign the treatment is working. Most patients find it far more comfortable than braces.
How much does Invisalign cost?
Cost depends on case complexity, which the digital scan determines. You'll receive one fixed price covering all aligners, reviews and retainers — with TFA membership pricing available.
Am I too old for teeth straightening?
No. Healthy teeth can be moved at any age, and adults are now the fastest-growing group of aligner patients.
Will aligners affect my speech?
Some patients lisp slightly for the first day or two, then the tongue adapts and speech returns to normal. Most colleagues never notice a thing.
Can I drink coffee with aligners in?
Take them out — hot drinks can warp the plastic and coffee stains it. With aligners out for a coffee and back in after, your daily routine barely changes.
What are the attachments people mention?
Tiny tooth-coloured composite bumps bonded to certain teeth that give the aligner grip for more complex movements. They're barely visible, comfortable, and polished off completely at the end of treatment.
