What we treat same-day

Severe toothache & swelling

We diagnose the cause, relieve the pain immediately, and plan definitive treatment — no bouncing between appointments.

Broken or knocked-out teeth

Fast action can save a damaged tooth. Contact us immediately and we'll tell you exactly what to do before you arrive.

Failed or painful old work

Lost crowns, failed fillings, painful previous root canals — we fix other people's dentistry, gently and honestly.

Know what to do

Dental emergencies: the first hour matters

The right action in the first sixty minutes can be the difference between saving and losing a tooth. Here's what actually helps — and what makes things worse.

Knocked-out tooth

Time is everything: a tooth re-implanted within the hour has a real chance of surviving. Pick it up by the crown (never the root), rinse briefly if dirty — don't scrub — and either place it back in the socket or drop it in milk. Then call us while you travel.

Severe toothache or swelling

Throbbing pain, swelling, or a bad taste usually means infection. Painkillers mask it; they don't fix it, and dental infections don't resolve on their own. If swelling affects your eye, breathing or swallowing, go to hospital emergency first — otherwise, call us and come in.

Broken tooth, lost crown or filling

Save any pieces, avoid chewing on that side, and cover sharp edges with sugar-free gum if needed. Most breaks look worse than they are — and the sooner we seal the tooth, the more of it we can save.

What happens at your emergency visit

We x-ray, find the true cause, and get you out of pain in the same visit. Then you get honest options in writing — save the tooth with microscope-assisted root canal treatment, or remove and plan a replacement. Relief first, decisions second, pressure never.

Should you come in today?

When in doubt, message us a photo on WhatsApp — a dentist will tell you honestly how urgent it is.

Come in today if you have…

  • Toothache keeping you up at night or stopping you working
  • Swelling in the gum, face or jaw
  • A knocked-out, loosened or broken tooth
  • Bleeding that doesn't stop after an extraction
  • A lost crown or filling with pain or sharp edges

While you travel to us…

  • Knocked-out tooth: store it in milk — never water, never dry
  • Swelling: cold compress outside the cheek, 15 minutes on and off
  • Pain: over-the-counter relief is fine — never aspirin directly on the gum
  • Lost crown: keep it — we can often re-cement the original
Microscope-assisted root canal

Root canals done right the first time

Our endodontic treatment is performed under magnification, so infected canals are fully cleaned and your natural tooth is saved — usually in one or two comfortable visits.

Emergency slots are held daily in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

Diagnosis & pain relief

X-rays and examination find the true cause. We get you comfortable in the same visit.

Honest treatment plan

You get clear options with prices — save the tooth, or remove and replace it — with no pressure.

Definitive fix

Microscope-assisted root canal, restoration or extraction with implant planning: the problem gets solved, not postponed.

Root canal: myth vs reality

No treatment drags more outdated fear behind it. Here's the honest picture.

The mythThe reality
“Root canals are agony”A phrase from your parents' eraUnder modern anaesthesia it feels like a long filling — it ends pain, it doesn't cause it
“Better to just pull it”Extraction seems simpler and cheaperKeeping your tooth is almost always better and cheaper than replacing it later
“The tooth is dead anyway”So why bother saving itA treated tooth, crowned, can chew for decades
“It takes endless visits”Weeks of appointmentsUsually one or two visits — microscope precision does it right the first time

What an emergency visit costs

Fear of the bill keeps people in pain for days. Here's how we keep it fair.

The visit itself

Your emergency appointment covers examination, x-rays and diagnosis — quoted when you book, so there's no meter running.

Immediate relief

Whatever gets you comfortable that day — dressing, drainage, first-stage treatment — is explained and priced before we begin.

The definitive fix

Root canal, crown, extraction or implant: you leave with written options and prices, and you decide in your own time. Same-day treatment is your choice, never a condition.

Every emergency visit includes

  • Same-day examination and x-rays
  • A clear diagnosis in plain language
  • Pain relief before you leave
  • Written treatment options with fixed prices
  • A direct WhatsApp line for follow-up questions

After your emergency visit

First hours

Let the anaesthesia fade

Avoid hot drinks and chewing until feeling returns. Any prescribed medication starts now — finish the full course even when pain vanishes.

First 48 hours

Settle and protect

Tenderness where we worked is normal and fades. Keep the area clean with gentle rinsing; avoid the tooth when chewing.

The follow-up

Finish the job

An emergency visit stabilises; the follow-up cures. Completing the root canal or fitting the crown is what stops the 2am toothache from ever coming back.

Behind the scenes

Our clinical standards

The things you can't see from a price list — and the reason our work carries a guarantee.

Licensed clinicians

Every dentist and specialist is licensed by the UAE health authorities for the emirate they treat in.

Hospital-grade sterilisation

Instruments are autoclaved and sealed per patient, with single-use items wherever contact matters.

Certified materials only

Implant systems, porcelain and restorative materials come from internationally certified manufacturers — with documentation you can keep.

Digital diagnostics

3D imaging, intraoral scanning and microscope-assisted treatment mean we see precisely — and treat conservatively.

Everything in writing

Diagnosis, options and an itemised fixed quote before treatment starts. If it's not written down, you don't pay for it.

Ethical by design

Our clinicians are salaried to diagnose honestly, not to sell treatment. Second opinions are welcomed, never resented.

Questions, answered honestly

Can you really see me today?
We hold emergency slots daily in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Call or WhatsApp 052 103 7310 as early as you can and we'll fit you into the first available slot.
Does a root canal hurt?
Modern root canal treatment under local anaesthesia feels similar to having a filling. It relieves pain rather than causing it — the toothache is the infection, not the treatment.
Why microscope-assisted treatment?
Magnification lets the dentist find and clean canals that are invisible to the naked eye. That precision dramatically improves the long-term success of the treatment.
What if the tooth can't be saved?
If extraction is genuinely the better option, we'll say so honestly and plan the replacement — including immediate implant placement where suitable.
Do I need antibiotics for a dental infection?
Sometimes — but antibiotics alone never cure a tooth infection; they only hold it down while the cause is treated. A dentist who prescribes and books definitive treatment is fixing it; a pharmacy run on its own is postponing it.
The pain suddenly stopped. Am I in the clear?
Unfortunately, often the opposite — when an infected nerve dies, pain can vanish while the infection keeps spreading silently. Pain that disappears on its own still needs an x-ray.
How fast can you actually see me?
We hold emergency slots every day in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Call or WhatsApp 052 103 7310 and we'll give you the first available time straight away — mornings usually offer same-day slots.
