Why parents choose us

No fear, no force

We go at your child's pace — tell-show-do, plenty of patience, and a first visit designed to feel like a win, not an ordeal.

Prevention-first

Fluoride, sealants and habit coaching prevent cavities before they start — the kindest and cheapest dentistry a child can get.

Honest with parents

We explain exactly what we see and only recommend treatment your child genuinely needs. No upselling, ever.

For parents

Why baby teeth are worth protecting

“They fall out anyway” has cost more children more sleep, school days and adult dental health than any other sentence in dentistry. Here's what baby teeth actually do — and how we keep them doing it.

Baby teeth are scaffolding

Each baby tooth holds space for the adult tooth developing beneath it and guides it into position. Lose one early to decay, and neighbours drift into the gap — a common root of the crowding that later needs orthodontics. Twenty small teeth are quietly running a twenty-year construction project.

Decay moves fast in small teeth

Baby enamel is thinner than adult enamel, so a small spot can reach the nerve in months, not years. That's why we check regularly, why white or brown spots deserve a prompt visit, and why fluoride and sealants — which stop decay before it starts — are the best value in all of dentistry.

The first visit is about trust, not teeth

By first birthday or first tooth, whichever comes first. Early visits are short and positive: a ride in the chair, a count of the teeth, a sticker. A child who meets the dentist before anything hurts learns the dentist is a friendly place — and that belief pays dividends for fifty years.

How we handle wobbles and worries

Tell-show-do: we explain in child terms, demonstrate on a puppet or a finger, then treat. No forcing, no holding down, ever. If a child isn't ready, we bank the win we have and try again another day — a calm second visit beats a traumatic first one every time.

When should your child see us?

Sooner and calmer beats later and urgent — but every child is welcome at every stage.

Book a visit when…

  • The first tooth arrives, or the first birthday — whichever is first
  • It's been six months since their last check
  • You spot white, brown or dark marks on any tooth
  • They mention twinges with cold drinks or sweets
  • A tooth is chipped, knocked or wobbly ahead of schedule

Also worth mentioning to us…

  • Thumb-sucking or dummy use past age three — gentle strategies help before teeth shift
  • Grinding at night — common in children and usually outgrown, but worth watching
  • A previous scary dental experience — tell us; we'll plan the visit around rebuilding trust
  • Snoring or mouth-breathing — sometimes relevant to dental development, worth a look

Kids' dentistry: myth vs reality

The beliefs that keep children away from the dentist — corrected honestly.

The mythThe reality
“Baby teeth don't matter”They fall out anywayThey guide adult teeth, chew food and shape speech for a decade
“Wait until something hurts”Why pay for nothing being wrong?Pain means late — prevention visits cost a fraction of treatment
“The dentist will scare them”Better to delay the ordealEarly positive visits are exactly what prevents dental fear
“Sugar is the only enemy”We barely give sweetsFrequency beats quantity — juice sipped all afternoon outdamages a dessert

The AED 399 package, itemised

One transparent price for the complete first visit — designed so cost is never the reason a child waits.

Healthy habits by age

0–2 years

Wipe, then brush

Clean first teeth with a soft cloth or baby brush and a rice-grain smear of fluoride toothpaste. No bottles in bed — milk pooling overnight is how the earliest cavities start.

3–6 years

You brush, they 'help'

A pea-sized amount of toothpaste, twice daily, with a parent finishing the job — children lack the dexterity to brush well alone until around age seven.

6–12 years

The mixed years

Adult molars arrive at the back (sealants protect them brilliantly) while baby teeth wobble out at the front. Supervised brushing continues; flossing starts where teeth touch.

Teens

Independence, audited

They brush alone — and check-ups keep them honest. Sports? A custom mouthguard costs less than one repaired front tooth.

Behind the scenes

Our clinical standards

The things you can't see from a price list — and the reason our work carries a guarantee.

Licensed clinicians

Every dentist and specialist is licensed by the UAE health authorities for the emirate they treat in.

Hospital-grade sterilisation

Instruments are autoclaved and sealed per patient, with single-use items wherever contact matters.

Certified materials only

Implant systems, porcelain and restorative materials come from internationally certified manufacturers — with documentation you can keep.

Digital diagnostics

3D imaging, intraoral scanning and microscope-assisted treatment mean we see precisely — and treat conservatively.

Everything in writing

Diagnosis, options and an itemised fixed quote before treatment starts. If it's not written down, you don't pay for it.

Ethical by design

Our clinicians are salaried to diagnose honestly, not to sell treatment. Second opinions are welcomed, never resented.

Questions, answered honestly

When should my child first see a dentist?
Around their first birthday, or within six months of the first tooth appearing. Early visits are quick, positive and prevent problems later.
What if my child is scared?
That's exactly what we're trained for. We never force treatment — first visits focus on trust, and most anxious children are comfortable within one or two appointments.
Are baby teeth really worth fixing?
Yes. Baby teeth hold space for adult teeth, and untreated decay causes pain and infection that affects eating, sleep and school. Healthy baby teeth mean healthier adult smiles.
What does the AED 399 package include?
A complete first visit: full examination, gentle professional cleaning, digital x-rays where needed, and fluoride protection — with a clear report for parents.
How do I prepare my child for the first visit?
Keep it light and matter-of-fact — 'the dentist is going to count your teeth.' Avoid loaded reassurances like 'it won't hurt,' which introduce the very idea, and please don't share your own dental fears in earshot. We'll handle the rest.
What are sealants and are they worth it?
A thin protective coating flowed into the grooves of the back teeth, where most childhood cavities start. Painless, done in minutes, and among the best-evidenced preventives in dentistry. We'll recommend them when the adult molars arrive — around age six.
My child knocked a baby tooth out. Emergency?
Call us either way. Unlike adult teeth, knocked-out baby teeth are not re-implanted (doing so can damage the adult tooth beneath) — but we should check for other injury and, sometimes, plan to hold the space.
