A complete new smile, fixed in place

When most or all teeth are failing, a full-arch implant bridge gives you back what dentures can't: teeth that stay put, bite properly, and feel like your own.

Life after failing teeth

Eat what you want again

A fixed implant bridge restores up to 90% of natural biting force — steak, apples and everything you've been avoiding.

No denture glue, ever

Your new teeth are anchored to implants. Nothing slips, nothing comes out at night, nothing to be embarrassed about.

Look years younger

Implants preserve your jawbone and facial structure, preventing the sunken look that follows tooth loss.

Full-arch, explained

How four implants can replace a whole arch

Full-arch rehabilitation replaces every tooth in the upper or lower jaw with a bridge fixed to just four to six implants — a different world from the denture it replaces.

The engineering idea

You don't need an implant per tooth. By placing the back implants at an angle — the principle behind 'All-on-4' — we anchor them in the strongest available bone and spread biting forces across the whole bridge. That's also why most patients avoid bone grafting entirely.

Fixed means fixed

The bridge screws onto the implants and only a dentist can remove it. No adhesive, no overnight soaking, no palate plate covering the roof of your mouth — food tastes like food again, and speech returns to normal within days.

Teeth on the same day

In most cases you leave the placement appointment with a fixed provisional bridge already in place — you're never without teeth. Once the implants have fully integrated, it's replaced with your definitive, custom-crafted final bridge.

Who this is really for

Patients with many failing teeth, long-suffering denture wearers, and people who've been patching problem after problem for years. If you've stopped smiling in photos or ordering what you actually want at restaurants, this is the treatment that ends that chapter.

Is full-arch treatment right for you?

The honest answer comes from a CT scan — but these patterns cover most of the patients we treat.

It's likely your best option if…

  • Most or all teeth in one jaw are failing, loose or heavily repaired
  • You wear a full denture and are tired of the compromises
  • Gum disease has taken teeth beyond individual saving
  • You want a fixed, permanent result rather than another patch
  • You're ready to solve it once instead of tooth by tooth

Still worth a consultation if…

  • You've been told you don't have enough bone — angled placement avoids grafts in most cases
  • You have some savable teeth — we'll tell you honestly if keeping them is smarter
  • You have managed health conditions — we plan with your physician where needed
  • You're comparing quotes — bring them; we'll explain the differences line by line

How full-arch treatment works

3D planning

CT imaging maps your bone so implants are positioned for maximum strength — often avoiding bone grafts entirely.

Implant day

Four to six implants are placed per arch in one visit. Most patients leave with a fixed provisional bridge the same day.

Integration

Over the following weeks the implants fuse with your bone while you wear your provisional teeth.

Final bridge

Your definitive, custom-crafted bridge is fitted — built to last and covered by our guarantee.

Fixed full-arch vs a traditional denture

Both replace a full arch of teeth. They are not remotely the same experience.

What determines a full-arch price

Full-arch quotes differ by tens of thousands between clinics — usually because they include different things. Ask every clinic these questions; here are our answers upfront.

Implants per arch

Four is the elegant minimum; five or six add insurance in softer bone. Your CT scan decides — not a sales target.

The final bridge material

A reinforced acrylic bridge and a milled zirconia bridge are different investments with different lifespans and aesthetics. We quote both so the choice is yours.

What needs removing first

Extractions of failing teeth are itemised in the quote — never a surprise line on the day.

One arch or both

Treating upper and lower together saves surgical visits and total cost versus doing them a year apart.

Your written quote always covers

  • CT scan review and surgeon-led planning
  • All implants and their placement
  • Your fixed provisional bridge on surgery day
  • The definitive final bridge, itemised by material
  • All scheduled reviews through to completion
  • The conditional lifetime guarantee on the implants

The road to your final smile

Surgery day

Home with fixed teeth

You leave with your provisional bridge in place. Expect swelling for a few days — manageable with the medication plan we send you home with.

Weeks 1–8

The soft-food chapter

While implants integrate, you protect them: think salmon, pasta, eggs — not crusty bread. We check progress at scheduled reviews.

Around month 3–6

Your final bridge

Once integration is confirmed, your definitive bridge is crafted, tried in, adjusted and fixed. This is the smile that lasts.

Ongoing

Professional maintenance

Periodic professional cleaning around the implants and an annual check keep the guarantee valid — and the investment safe.

Behind the scenes

Our clinical standards

The things you can't see from a price list — and the reason our work carries a guarantee.

Licensed clinicians

Every dentist and specialist is licensed by the UAE health authorities for the emirate they treat in.

Hospital-grade sterilisation

Instruments are autoclaved and sealed per patient, with single-use items wherever contact matters.

Certified materials only

Implant systems, porcelain and restorative materials come from internationally certified manufacturers — with documentation you can keep.

Digital diagnostics

3D imaging, intraoral scanning and microscope-assisted treatment mean we see precisely — and treat conservatively.

Everything in writing

Diagnosis, options and an itemised fixed quote before treatment starts. If it's not written down, you don't pay for it.

Ethical by design

Our clinicians are salaried to diagnose honestly, not to sell treatment. Second opinions are welcomed, never resented.

Questions, answered honestly

Am I a candidate if I've been told I have bone loss?
Very often, yes. Angled implant placement (the All-on-4 principle) uses the strongest available bone and avoids grafting in most cases. A CT scan gives a definitive answer.
Do I really get teeth the same day?
Most patients receive a fixed provisional bridge on the day of surgery, so you never leave without teeth. The final bridge is fitted once healing is complete.
How is this different from dentures?
Dentures rest on your gums, move when you eat, and accelerate bone loss. A full-arch bridge is fixed to implants — it doesn't move, doesn't come out, and keeps your jawbone healthy.
What will it cost?
Full-arch treatment is a significant investment that varies with the number of implants and bridge material. You'll receive one itemised quote covering everything, with TFA membership pricing available.
Can both arches be done on the same day?
Yes, in suitable cases upper and lower arches are treated in a single surgical visit — one recovery instead of two.
I already wear dentures. Does that matter?
Not negatively — thousands of denture wearers make exactly this move. The scan will show how your bone has fared, and angled implant placement works with what remains.
Zirconia or acrylic for the final bridge?
Zirconia is stronger, more stain-resistant and the most natural-looking; reinforced acrylic is lighter on the budget and easily repaired. We quote both honestly — plenty of patients start with acrylic and upgrade later.
